We request that all reservations are confirmed by receipt of a £30 (non refundable) deposit per room which can be paid by cheque or debit/credit card. Please be advised that any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date or no show is liable to be charged in full, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you for cancellation due to unforseen eventualities. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept children under the age of 14.

We adopt a no smoking policy throughout our guest house, should you choose to ignore this important health & safety policy, you will be asked to leave.
